Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About Elevation Demand

Elevation Demand is a health tech services startup company based on the outskirts of Madison, WI. We exist to help early-stage health tech companies scale their sales organizations. We do this by designing, building, and executing successful sale development cadences to help our customers achieve repeatable sales pipeline creation.


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the key position in our business. You will use your communication skills, personality traits, and a tenacious attitude to qualify and secure new sales opportunities for our customers. An SDR should be fearless and 100% committed to learning on the job. Every email sent, every phone call made, and each conversation is an opportunity to apply new tactics and skills that you’ve mastered along the way. You will use your skills to:

  • Identify and research accounts & contacts matching a specific profile

  • Develop messaging strategies for our customers

  • Execute a series of emails, phone calls, and social messages to engage with prospective customers

  • Plan & conduct conversations with healthcare executives

  • Schedule meetings for our customers with top healthcare organizations

Position Requirements (in order of importance)

  • Self-motivated and Self-aware

  • Friendly and likable demeanor

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Healthcare experience is a bonus

  • 1-2 years of sales development experience

  • Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce

  • Bachelor’s Degree or life experience

  • On-target-earnings of $55,000 plus (Salary + Commission)
